The WV73544 is the slimmest shirt in this lineup — and that’s exactly its strength.

It sits close to the body without feeling restrictive, making it ideal for layering or wearing on its own. A subtle taper at the waist creates a clean silhouette, while the shoulders allow just enough room — even for broader builds.

The crewneck sits high and relatively tight, giving it a sharp, athletic look with a vintage edge. Best suited for slim to average body types.

Fabric

Made from 7oz loopwheel cotton. Noticeably heavier than standard T-shirts, yet still breathable and comfortable.

The surface is smooth and even, with no side seams to disrupt the structure.

The Real McCoy’s – versatile, straight fit

The MC20000 is vintage precision at its finest.

What sets The Real McCoy’s apart is their obsessive attention to detail — from the cotton fiber all the way to the finished garment.

Fit

The fit is straight, but not loose.

A reinforced ribbed collar sits comfortably and holds its shape over time. The result is a clean, balanced T-shirt inspired by 1940s and 50s silhouettes.

Length is well-proportioned, making it easy to wear tucked or untucked.

Fabric

Made from 7.5oz loopwheel cotton with a dry, dense hand feel.

From the first wear, you notice the weight — and the quality. This is a shirt with real substance.

Warehouse & Co. – slubby & relaxed

If you’re looking for character, you’ll eventually end up at Warehouse.

The Lot 4601 channels mid-century sportswear through its texture and relaxed feel. As part of the legendary Osaka Five, Warehouse has played a key role in shaping the global vintage reproduction scene — and it shows.

Fit

Boxy, relaxed, and easy to wear.

More room in the chest and shoulders, combined with a slightly shorter length and soft drape. The high, tighter collar adds structure to an otherwise laid-back silhouette.

Fabric

Made from specially spun yarn with an irregular, slubby texture and subtle vintage feel.

At 6.5oz, it’s lighter than others here — but still surprisingly durable.

Velva Sheen – classic & timeless

If you’re after a true 1950s look, Velva Sheen delivers.

Founded in Ohio in the 1930s, the brand originally supplied athleticwear to the US military. Today, production takes place in Japan — with the same focus on quality.

Fit

Classic and balanced, similar to The Real McCoy’s but with a softer feel.

Sleeves and shoulders sit close to the body, while the collar remains comfortably snug. With minimal shrinkage, the length stays intact — perfect for a clean tucked-in look.
