Delivery conditions, shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices:

We deliver orders within Germany from an order value of €100 free of shipping costs, within the EU & Switzerland from €250
We charge €4.90 per delivery for orders within Germany with a value of less than €100; within the EU & Switzerland we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €12 for orders with a value of less than €250.
Express shipping within the EU & Switzerland costs 50€
Returns within Germany are free of charge.
Shipping within the EU and Switzerland costs a flat rate of €12.
Other worldwide shipping costs a flat rate of €30
Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, Norway, Great Britain and New Zealand is via DHL Express and costs a flat rate of €50
For deliveries abroad, you are responsible for paying any customs or import duties that may be incurred in the destination country.

The promised or guaranteed delivery date does not take into account delays caused by Deutsche Post / DHL or force majeure, for which we cannot be held liable.

You also have the option of collecting your order free of charge from our shop Burg & Schild, Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 3, 10178 Berlin, from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance so that we can prepare the goods.

Free returns

Provided the goods are complete and in unused and undamaged condition, including labels, you can return all items purchased from Burg & Schild to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For orders within Germany, simply use our returns portal. For all other orders, you must organise the return shipment and all associated costs yourself. This also includes any customs duties that may be incurred on the return.
