- Express-Deliveries which are ordered after friday 9am will not be processed before monday.
Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are collected by the local customs or tax authorities and must be borne by the customer.
Free returns
Provided the goods are complete and in unused and undamaged condition, including labels, you can return all items purchased from Burg & Schild to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For orders within Germany, simply use our returns portal. For all other orders, you must organise the return shipment and all associated costs yourself. This also includes any customs duties that may be incurred on the return.
