The Mitchell camouflage pattern was introduced as the official military standard for camouflage tents and helmet covers. With the start of the Vietnam War, jackets and trousers were also produced. The quantities were very small as they were made to order. To allow for versatile use, the fabrics were printed on both sides: a green jungle version and a brown desert version. The "BR15519 Mitchel Camouflage Parka Civilian Model" by Buzz Rickson's is based on an original part and has been faithfully reproduced down to the smallest detail.
