The Calico is Freenote's own interpretation of the classic single-sawtooth Western shirt. For the summer edition, they selected a lightweight 6oz selvedge denim from the legendary Yoshiwa Mills in Japan. The denim receives a washed finish that makes it instantly soft and comfortable—from the moment you put it on.

The Calico is Freenote's slim-fit western shirt—it's not a slim fit, though, just a bit tighter than the looser Modern Western Shirt. The athletic cut is perfect for tucking into your pants and looks great under a jacket, but the Calico also looks great in a relaxed look—not too long to wear loose or with the sleeves rolled up.

Japanese diamond snaps, curved pocket details, tonal seams, and Freenote's signature 1/8" double-needle stitching combine to create a shirt that will quickly become your new favorite vest shirt.
