The "HR-56 Double Rider Jacket" by Y'2 Leather takes up the cut of classic motorcycle jackets from the early mid-20th century - reinterpreted with exceptional leather quality and precise workmanship.
Made from approximately 1.4 mm thick, vegetable-tanned horse leather, which is hand-dyed black. The base remains natural – this allows the brown base color to show through over time, and the leather quickly gains depth and character. Not a uniform "tea-core" effect, but a vibrant, unpredictable finish that varies from jacket to jacket.
The HR-56 features the classic D-pocket design with a zipper pocket, chest pocket, and side hand warmer pocket. In the back, a lowered western yoke, gusset seams, and two adjustable brass buckles at the waistband ensure shape and mobility. Hidden under the back panels are two large gussets that offer full flexibility despite the dense structure of the leather.
The inside of the jacket is lined with brushed cotton flannel in olive, and the sleeves are lined with smooth nylon. All fittings are made of solid brass.
