The Lambert was the first shirt Freenote Cloth ever made—and you can tell it's been refined over the years. The original design dates back to the 1930s, when workshirts were still uncompromising workwear: robust, functional, and without unnecessary bulk.

The fabric: 10 oz Oxford canvas from the USA, pre-washed and ready to wear. Plus, metal buttons from Japan, elbow reinforcements, the distinctive collar tab, a protective pocket for cigarettes or notes, and chain-stitched side seams—details that tell a story.

The cut is classic: shorter in the torso, with plenty of room at the chest and shoulders. A shirt that fits, lasts, and only gets better with age.
