Born from the idea of combining two iconic leather jackets, the "Youth of Japan" combines the classic cut of the Highwayman from the 1950s with the sleek design of the Cafe Race from the 1960s. We've adapted the length and width to meet modern needs, making it the ideal companion for the pub or on your motorcycle.
The Japanese Full-grain horsehide is exceptionally durable and, thanks to its high fat content, virtually water-repellent. A special treatment makes the leather already soft and tactile, yet no less thick and robust.
Each jacket is individually crafted by a self-service specialist in Scotland. Slight variations reflect this individual craftsmanship. Since full-grain leather is a natural product, irregularities are not a defect but rather a part of its uniqueness.
