The "Type 131 Lost Jeans" by TENDER are made from 16oz selvedge denim, which is woven exclusively for TENDER in Japan and then cut and sewn in the UK. The ring-spun, unbleached American cotton is dyed with pure indigo in 25 dips (rope-dyed), creating a deep blue denim that fades beautifully over time.

A special detail: the Achilles heel dyeing. Inspired by the Greek myth, the garment is dip-dyed using the traditional indigo dipping process, leaving a certain area out, similar to Achilles' vulnerable heel.
