The "Leather Nelson 2Way Bag" by VASCO is based on a classic vintage brief-case, combining its clean, functional lines with modern versatility.

The bag is manufactured in small workshops in Tokyo. Fully vegetable-tanned kip leather from Himeji, Japan – a region with centuries-old tanning traditions – is used. The leather is hand-dyed layer by layer using the traditional Oka-Zome (Hill-Dyeing) hand-dyeing process, which creates depth and subtle color nuances. This is followed by an oil and kogashi treatment, which further differentiates the surface and creates a characteristic, slightly vintage-like patina.

With its generous size, the Nelson 2Way Bag can accommodate up to A3 documents. When the upper part of the body is folded over, it transforms into an A4-suitable flap shoulder bag. The included shoulder strap is detachable, allowing the bag to be carried flexibly as a tote or shoulder bag.
