The Service Boot® is Viberg's cornerstone. Edwin Viberg set out in the 1930s to develop what he believed to be the sturdiest and best-crafted boot for farm and meadow workers. In 2007, the 310 last was developed by combining an old British climbing boot with a mid-century work boot. The iconic silhouette is defined by the so-called "jump cap", developed in the early 1900s to create a rocking motion that made walking in stiff-soled industrial boots more comfortable.
CF Stead Waxy Commander is a high quality British leather known for its strength and durability. The wax coating gives the leather water-repellent properties and a certain flexibility, while the natural, slightly irregular surface gives the material character and style.
