The Set In Freedom Sleeve Sweatshirt by Warehouse & Co. is truly a masterpiece that perfectly captures the vintage aesthetic of the 1940s. What makes this sweatshirt so special is the unique "Set-In Freedom" construction: the shoulders are made in the set-in style, while the armpits are in the "Freedom Sleeve" style. This clever construction not only ensures a great fit, but also allows plenty of freedom of movement.

Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the fabric is manufactured on historical circular knitting machines, as was common in the 1940s. These machines, for example from renowned manufacturers such as Terrot, make it possible to knit the fabric so that it falls gently downwards. This process minimizes the pressure during winding and integrates air into the fabric, resulting in a unique softness. After washing and drying, the fabric develops a particularly pleasant feel on the skin that cannot be achieved with modern knitting techniques.
