The “Elephant 14 Dirty Elephant” jeans from Naked & Famous are made from 20oz super heavyweight Japanese selvedge denim. They combine the weight of the Elephant series with the rugged character of the Dirty Fade selvedge and once again demonstrate the creative potential of the Canadian denim label.

The warp yarns are dyed with indigo using the traditional rope-dye method, but begin as a naturally dusty brown cotton. Over time, the indigo wears away layer by layer, revealing the warm, earthy tone – a fading process as distinctive as its name suggests.

Contrast stitching, a 5oz vegetable-tanned leather patch, the red/white/red selvedge ID and silver metal buttons and rivets complete the look.

“True Guy” comes in a casual straight fit, which offers extra room in the seat and thigh area and falls straight from the knee to the hem.

Material note: The denim is quite stiff at first – don't worry, after a few washes it will become significantly softer and really comfortable to wear.
