The “SC29558 Twill Check Work Shirt” from SUGAR CANE is inspired by classic work shirts of the early 1960s. Instead of a simple check, this model uses a three-color twill fabric – in both the warp and weft. This makes the pattern appear two-tone at first glance, but reveals additional depth of tone upon closer inspection.

The color scheme follows historical models, which can be found, among others, in old King Kole and ELY shirts – clear, functional and yet with a subtle vintage accent.

The shirt is made in Japan from sturdy cotton twill, finished with neat double chain stitching. The silhouette remains classic – with enough room for movement without losing its workwear character.
