The #002 Silk Denim Jacket by Momotaro stands for a classic cut with a modern twist: instead of pure cotton denim, it uses a special blend of long-staple cotton from Zimbabwe and Peace Silk. This gives it a fine texture and a subtle, elegant shimmer.
The dyeing takes place in Kojima, the center of Japanese denim production, where Momotaro originated. This town in Okayama Prefecture is known worldwide for its high-quality craftsmanship. The signature color, called "Tokuno Blue," is created through an intensive dyeing process that gives the denim depth and a unique look.
