Made in Japan, the "SC51842 11oz Hickory Stripe Work Shorts" by SUGAR CANE is based on the style of American workwear from the 1940s.

SUGAR CANE implements the characteristic details and cut consistently and convincingly.

The indigo-dyed "Hickory Stripe" pattern was originally worn by the USN, but was also used to make work clothes. The eye-catching pattern was used to make people who worked on railroad tracks or between large machines highly visible.
