IHSH-437-IND 13.5 oz. Dobby Cloth CPO Shirt Indigo

The "IHSH-437-IND 13.5 oz. Dobby Cloth CPO Shirt" by IRON HEART is made from a 13.5 oz heavy dobby fabric, whose structure is created directly in the weaving process. A dobby attachment on the loom controls individual thread groups independently, allowing for changing weaves within the fabric. This creates the typical, slightly textured surface with a lot of depth and movement.

Mexican cotton with long-staple fibers is used, which gives the fabric a dense, substantial feel. Despite the stated weight, the fabric therefore appears more substantial than the number suggests.

Warp and weft are dyed with indigo. The pronounced structure ensures that signs of wear appear particularly on the raised areas and the fabric texture becomes increasingly prominent over time.

Made in Japan and once pre-washed, so no significant shrinkage is to be expected.
