The "1930s Howard Jacket" by Black Sign takes the Aviator jackets of the 1930s as its starting point and translates them into the language of Black Sign – functional, timeless, with a clear sense of creative details and modern fitting.

Crafted from horsehide and horsehair, the surface is full of life. Smooth and hairy sections alternate, creating an almost painted-on texture. Worn open, the top button placket reveals the softly rounded lapel shape of the era – a small detail of classic tailoring.

The robust horsehide comes from Italy, selected from short-haired European hides. Vegetable-tanned, intensively oiled, and finished with a tea-core treatment, it reveals its brown core over time, gaining depth and character.
