The "Lot 4096 88/12 Crew Neck T-Shirt" from Warehouse & Co. is inspired by the classic sports T-shirts of the 1960s and 70s – such as those from Champion or Russell Athletic, which at that time were characterized by the typical 88/12 blended fabric.

Made from 88% cotton and 12% viscose, it combines the look and feel of that era with modern precision. The jersey features the slightly mottled structure typical of the jerseys of that time, created by the mix of both fibers, and is soft, dry and has a fine vintage character.

It is knitted on rare circular knitting machines from the 1920s to 1960s in Wakayama, Japan. Cotton yarns of varying thicknesses are processed under low tension into a loose, textured jersey. Today, there are only about 400 looms of this type left.
