The "Belford Straight" is Freenote Cloth's classic straight-cut denim – made in the USA from 14.5oz Kaihara denim from Japan.

The fabric comes from Kaihara Mills, one of Japan's oldest weaving mills, known for its dense, reactive indigo dyes. The result is a denim with a distinctive feel, rich color, and authentic fading over time.

The cut stays close to traditional 1950s silhouettes: straight legs, higher waist, no unnecessary frills. Details like the two-part waistband, sewn-in belt loops, and pocket linings made of Japanese herringbone fabric show that every piece has been carefully considered.
