The CPO Shirt Navy by Buzz Rickson's is based on the uniform of the Chief Petty Officers of the US Navy – heavy wool shirts worn with matching trousers made of the same fabric.

This version is a faithful reproduction of a custom-made piece that was once made for a crew member of the US Army Aviation Branch.
