The "Flying Wheel T-Shirt" comes from THE REAL McCOY'S archives—inspired by original Buco vintage shirts from the 1950s. The Buco brand was founded in Detroit in 1933 and was one of the first manufacturers of motorcycle accessories in the USA. In addition to helmets and parts, Buco also built durable leather jackets, boots, and textiles—made for speed, street, and everyday wear.

The shirt is made from a heavy 8 oz circular knit jersey with no side seams, a textured finish, and subtle irregularities. The binder neck provides stability at the neckline and underscores the shirt's robust construction.

The iconic "Flying Wheel" logo on the chest is applied using a so-called shimikomi print (染み込みプリント) – a process in which the ink penetrates deep into the fibers. This gives the print a matte, non-dimensional look, almost as if aged by decades on the highway.
