A classic with character. The "Narrow Engineer Boots" from The Real McCoy's date back to a 1950s original – manufactured by BUCO, the legendary Detroit company that once stood for rugged motorcycle parts and uncompromising leather goods.
Recreated in Japan down to the last detail, these boots contain everything that makes a true classic: The slim silhouette follows the originals of that era, the leather sole, the tight stitch density and the heavy, brass-colored roller buckles underline the uncompromising functionality – without any frills.
The boot is made from rare "buttock" horsehide – the particularly dense leather between the back and tail. The leather is vegetable-tanned and pigmented a deep black. Over time and with wear, the brown core reveals itself – giving each pair its unique patina.
The sole is by Cat's Paw, and the construction is welted. Not a fashion statement, but a serious boot for people who know what they want.
