The "BC24002 Stripe T-Shirt" by The Real McCoy's is based on classic striped T-shirts, as they were particularly popular in American biker and leisure culture in the 1950s.

The T-shirt is made from a slub cotton jersey. The irregular yarn appearance is created by cotton fibers of varying thickness in the yarn, resulting in a slightly uneven, lively surface with subtle depth.

The wide block stripes are inspired by athletic and functional clothing from the 1940s to 60s, particularly from the motorcycle, mechanic, and club culture in the USA. Stripes there served not only as a design element but also for quick visual recognition within groups or work environments.
