The "BC24002 Stripe T-Shirt" by The Real McCoy's is based on classic striped T-shirts, like those worn in the 1950s, especially in American biker and leisure culture.

The T-shirt is made from a slub cotton jersey. The irregular yarn appearance is created by cotton fibers of varying thickness in the yarn, resulting in a slightly uneven, lively surface with subtle depth.

The wide block stripes trace back to sportswear and functional clothing from the 1940s to 60s, particularly from the environment of motorcyclists, mechanics, and club culture in the USA. There, stripes served not only as design but also for quick visual recognition in groups or work environments.
