In 1965, the M-65 was first issued to soldiers of the US Army. Shaped by film appearances by Robert Deniro in Taxi Driver or Götz George as Schimanski, the M-65 Field Jacket became a companion of pop and youth culture and perhaps one of the most important items of clothing in the history of men's fashion.
The Real McCoy's dared to reproduce the icon and they more than succeeded. Authentic details such as the four cargo pockets, epaulettes and the adjustable drawstring at the hem and waist have been reproduced without compromise down to the smallest detail.
