The wallet from the "Film" series by Porter-Yoshida & Co. relies on leather that already has its character in the raw material.

It is made from Italian cowhide, vegetable-tanned and then refined with an elaborate glass finish. This creates a smooth, slightly shiny surface that brings depth and calmness to the material without making it look artificial.

The choice of leather cut is special: shoulder leather is used. This area of the hide has a natural structure and slight irregularities along the muscle fibers. This is exactly what ensures that each finishing process reacts differently – no two surfaces are alike.

This creates a series where each piece develops its own distinct character. Clear in form, restrained in design, and strongly defined by the material.
