The "Deck Hat" by HEIMAT is based on the traditional short knitted caps worn by sailors and fishermen. Later, this style was also adopted by mountaineers, who appreciated not only the warmth but also the protection against falling rocks.
Made from 100% virgin wool. HEIMAT also leaves the natural oils in the wool yarns, allowing the wool to retain its excellent properties: it is temperature-regulating, antibacterial, odor-resistant, and moisture-repellent.
