IH-634D 17 oz. Duck Straight Cut Jeans Brown

The IH-634 is one of the cornerstones of the Iron Heart collection—a classic 5-pocket fit with a straight leg, mid-rise, and a clear focus on function. This version is crafted from 17oz Cotton Duck Canvas—a fabric deeply rooted in American workwear.

Cotton Duck—also known as "duck cloth"—is a particularly tightly woven canvas characterized by high abrasion resistance and durability. Instead of a twill weave like denim, it's woven in a plain weave, giving it a smooth, almost stiff surface. This makes it ideal for hard work—or for anyone looking for a garment that develops more character with each wear.

The fabric is pre-washed and pre-washed, so shrinkage isn't an issue. The pants stay true to size even after the first wash and wear with a certain roughness from the start, which gradually softens over time. The surface develops individual signs of wear over time—less of a "fade," more of a patina.

As always with Iron Heart: robust triple stitching, reinforced pocket pouches, hidden rivets on the back pockets, and solid craftsmanship down to the last detail. Developed by Shinichi Haraki and his team at WORKS INC. in Japan – with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
