The "IHSW-69L-BLK 14oz Ultra Heavy Crew Neck Sweat" from Iron Heart features a deliberately minimalist basic design, with a focus on material and craftsmanship.

The sweater is made from 14oz heavy cotton fleece, knitted using the traditional loopwheel method in Wakayama, Japan. This slow circular knitting technique creates a particularly dense, tubular knit structure without side seams in the classic sense, giving the fabric its stable, uniform surface and ensuring it retains its shape long-term.

It is constructed with robust flat-seam stitching, applied with Union Special machines, which ensures flat, resilient seams. Cuffs at the collar, sleeves, and hem stabilize the shape and maintain a compact silhouette.
