The "IHSW-69L-OLV 14oz Ultra Heavy Crew Neck Sweat" from Iron Heart features a deliberately minimalist basic design, with a focus on material and craftsmanship.

The sweater is made from a 14oz heavy cotton fleece, knitted using the traditional loopwheel method in Wakayama, Japan. This slow circular knitting technique creates a particularly dense, tubular knit structure without side seams in the traditional sense, giving the fabric its stable, uniform surface and ensuring it retains its shape long-term.

The garment is finished with robust flat-seam stitches, applied on Union Special machines, which ensure a flat, durable seam. Cuffs on the collar, sleeves, and hem stabilize the shape and keep the silhouette compact.
