The "Ivy Jacket" by Jelado is part of the collection with the theme Shibu-Kaji – a homage to the Shibuya-Casual style that shaped Tokyo's streetscape from the late 1980s to the 1990s.

At that time, American Ivy League style met Japanese youth culture. Navy blazers, Oxford shirts, loafers, and denim were recombined – neat, relaxed, and with a sense of proportion. The classic navy blazer, in particular, became a staple of this era and was often deliberately worn with jeans.

It is made from a 2/2 merino wool serge twill. The yarn is dyed before spinning, which gives the fabric depth and a slightly lively surface. The hand remains soft, while the fabric has enough tension to drape cleanly and hold its shape.
