The "Jail House Hat" by Heimat is based on the classic US Navy watch cap, but has a shorter cut. Thanks to the double fold, it can be worn over the ears as well as covering the ears when the weather gets too rough. Additional inspiration came from sailing and motorsport teams who liked to wear clothes in the team colors. The Jail House Hat is made from 100% virgin wool. In addition, Heimat leaves the natural oils in the wool yarns so that the wool retains its excellent properties: it has a temperature-regulating, antibacterial, odor-repellent and moisture-repellent effect.
