VASCO's "VS-263LR Leather Travel Tote Bag Medium" is inspired by early American totes used in the outdoors to transport ice blocks. The triangular bottom and long handles adopt this original construction and translate it into a compact leather bag for everyday use. The handles are adjustable in five stages, allowing it to be carried by hand or over the shoulder. The size is designed for A4 documents.

The bag is made from VASCO's "OLD OIL" cowhide leather from Himeji, which is fully vegetable-tanned. The leather is then hand-dyed using the traditional Oka-Zome technique and given an irregular, vintage-like surface through further oil and Kogashi processing. Each piece thus develops its own character. Over time, the leather changes color and sheen and develops an individual patina.
