Der "LK-050 Champion Sneaker" von John Lofgren orientiert sich an klassischen militärischen Trainingsschuhen vergangener Jahrzehnte. Schlicht, funktional und gebaut für den täglichen Einsatz – genau diese Eigenschaften prägen auch die komplett schwarze Ausführung von John Lofgren.

Gefertigt wird der Sneaker bei Moonstar in Kurume, Japan, einer der letzten Manufakturen, die noch nach dem traditionellen Vulkanisationsverfahren arbeitet. Das Ergebnis ist ein besonders langlebiger und flexibler Schuh mit einer charakteristischen Haptik.

Als Obermaterial kommt ein in Japan gewebtes 12oz Chino-Selvedge-Gewebe aus reiner Baumwolle zum Einsatz. Verstärkte Belastungspunkte, doppelte Nähte sowie in Japan gefertigte Metallösen und Belüftungselemente unterstreichen den hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Die doppellagige vulkanisierte Gummisohle und eine dichte Schwamm-Einlegesohle sorgen für Stabilität
