The M-43 Service Boot is John Lofgren's interpretation of the original 1943 US Army Service Boot. The Munson last was patented in 1912 by Edward Munson, a US Army physician. Dr. Munson perfected his last after examining the feet of more than 2,000 soldiers.

It's made from "Natural Horween CXL leather" and is passionately handcrafted in Japan. The craftsmanship that goes into this service boot is evident from the first time you wear it. Over time, the leather develops a beautiful patina, making this service boot truly unique!
