The "Leather Nelson 2Way Bag" by VASCO is based on a classic vintage document case, combining its clear, functional lines with modern versatility.

The bag is crafted in small workshops in Tokyo. It is made from fully vegetable-tanned kip leather from Himeji, Japan – a region with centuries of tanning tradition. The leather is hand-dyed layer by layer using the traditional Oka-Zome (Hill-Dyeing) hand-dyeing method, which creates depth and subtle color nuances. This is followed by an oil and Kogashi treatment, which further differentiates the surface and creates a characteristic, slightly vintage-like patina.

With its generous format, the Nelson 2Way Bag offers space for up to A3 documents. If the upper part of the body is folded over, it transforms into an A4-suitable flap shoulder bag. The included shoulder strap is detachable, allowing the bag to be carried flexibly as a tote or shoulder bag.
