The "One Pocket Jeans Jacket" by Old Joe Brand is based on the legendary Type-I denim jackets of the 1930s – short-cut, minimalist, designed for practical use. Instead of a mere reproduction, this is an original version that takes up the original form and reinterprets it.

The denim itself sets the tone. 12oz, woven with equally strong yarn in warp and weft, with a deliberately short, distinctive irregularity in the thread pattern. This creates a lively, slightly rough surface. Dyed using the rope-dyeing process, a muted indigo with a subtle, beige undertone emerges – looking somewhat broken-in from the start, without appearing artificial.
