MotivMfg's "Relaxed Brigadier Coat" is inspired by the classic brigadier uniform coat – a type of coat that was once developed for officers.

Made from a wool-linen double-face Lovat tweed, the fabric comes from wild-bred Shetland sheep on the remote northern islands of Scotland. It is produced at the Lovat® Mill – the “home of tweed,” founded in 1826. Robust, densely woven, and mulesing-free, it represents quality, craftsmanship, and ethically sustainable production.

All MotivMfg garments are manufactured in-house by a small production team. Their high level of craftsmanship and meticulous workmanship result in detailed and durable collections, anatomical cuts, and unique fits.
