The Rowac Bauhaus Stool – Naked Steel Edition brings an almost forgotten piece of industrial history back to its most original form.

The template dates back to the early 20th century: a work stool by ROWAC, developed in the Bauhaus environment. There, the idea emerged to design furniture not decoratively, but based on its function – clear, stackable, durable, and built for daily use.

For this edition, the approach was radically reduced. No wood, no combination of materials – just steel. The stool consists entirely of naked, untreated metal and brings precisely this directness into the room: stable, sober, without any distraction.

The form remains unchanged: three legs, clear structure, constructively designed for maximum stability with minimal material usage. Precisely this reduction was already the core of the design back then.

The pure steel construction creates an object that works both indoors and outdoors and develops its own surface over time – depending on use, environment, and traces of everyday life.
