The "C1006 Stiff Cotton T-Shirt" by Prequel brings the robust simplicity of early US underwear into the present. Knitted from so-called rice cotton – a cotton with long, strong fibers – the result is a fabric that is both firm to the touch, extremely durable, and yet comfortable to wear.

Thanks to special spinning and knitting techniques, the yarn contains more air. This makes the material more breathable, lighter, and dries faster – despite its strength. At 9.5 oz., the shirt is quite heavy, yet still suitable for everyday use.

A panel at the neck is reminiscent of undershirts from the 1920s. The collar is also made of the same fabric and double-stitched for stability, without any frills.
