Sugar Cane SC49005 – a denim artifact from the transition period between workwear and war production.

Produced after the extremely rare 1942 model, which was only manufactured in this form for a few months, including cinch back, crotch rivet and iron-clad rivets instead of copper.

The 14.25oz Japanese Selvedge Denim has noticeably more grip than its predecessor from 1937, the fabric is rougher, the structure denser.

Even the black-coated iron buckle was made exclusively for this model – uncompromising and accurate to the time.

A piece of denim history that looks closely – and lasts a long time.
