Super Heavyweight Jersey Raglan T-Shirt Indigo

The Pure Blue Japan raglan T-shirt uses an 11oz heavy cotton jersey – significantly denser than regular T-shirt fabric. The sleeves are set in a raglan cut, where the seam runs diagonally from armpit to collar instead of at the shoulder; this allows the fabric to fall more softly over the shoulder line, even though the material itself is heavy.

For the yarn, Pure Blue Japan selects irregularly spun cotton fibers, which are first rope-dyed in indigo and then overdyed black. This deep, iridescent coloring forms the basis for pronounced fading with wear. The back of the jersey remains unbrushed and without a terry lining, allowing the fabric to remain breathable despite its weight.

The collar and neckline are reinforced with sturdy ribbing, complemented by a V-gusset at the collar base for additional stability. The piece has already been washed.
