The "BR42500 Trousers, Men’s, Cotton Wind Resistant Poplin" from Buzz Rickson’s are based on the so-called "Jungle Fatigue Pants", which were developed in the 1960s for the US Army's deployment in the Vietnam War.

Designed for an extreme climate: high humidity, heat, a lot of movement in the field. Instead of heavy fabrics, a light cotton poplin was used – dense enough for durability, open enough for air circulation and quick drying.

Typical features include the large patch cargo pockets on the thighs, which allowed quick access to equipment during use. In addition, there are adjustable tabs on the waistband to flexibly adapt the fit to movement and wearing style.

Buzz Rickson’s implements these details very close to the original – in material, cut, and construction. The focus remains clearly on function, with a silhouette that emerged from everyday military life.
