The "Heritage Jeans 15oz Hand Dyed Indigo" from Graphzero reinterprets early 20th-century workwear jeans through material and construction.

Made from 15oz selvedge denim, woven on traditional shuttle looms in Japan.

The warp threads are hand-dyed with indigo, while the weft threads remain grey. This combination does not create a uniform blue but a deep, slightly broken color effect with many nuances that change further with wear.

Additionally, nep and slub yarns are used in both warp and weft. This gives the surface a restless and textured look, with visible irregularities in the weave – a denim with tangible movement.

The construction is based on early 1900s workwear jeans: a classic 5-pocket design, reinforced seams, and functional details built for durability. These include concealed rivets on the back pockets, a higher-set cinch-back, a ducktail back with an inverted roll seam, and an offset center belt loop.
