The "M The Real McCoy's "C24122 Waffle Thermal Henley Longsleeve" is inspired by the classic Henley shirts that were extremely popular among union workers in the USA during the pre-World War II era.

The Henley itself has a long tradition: Originally worn as an undershirt by English men in the 19th century, it found its way to the rowers of the Royal Regatta in Henley, Oxfordshire, England – and thus received its distinctive name.

It developed into a practical garment for workers across England and the USA. As a layer under work uniforms, it helped reduce the need for frequent washing of shirts and dungarees and thus became an indispensable part of everyday workwear. A piece of history that has lost none of its functionality and style to this day.
