Weird Guy Elephant 2 Reborn Indigo

The "Weird Guy Elephant 2 Reborn" from Naked & Famous Denim features the Elephant 2, a fabric from the brand's Elephant series, which is now in its third iteration. The reason for the re-release was the persistent demand from wearers who have worn the fabric for a long time since its initial release and shared their results.

The denim is woven in Japan, with 22 oz of 100% cotton and a warp that is rope-dyed in indigo. The density of the fabric makes the jeans stiff at first; it takes some time of regular wear for them to adapt to the body. Afterwards, they become noticeably more supple. The yarns, which are only dyed on the outside, reveal their light core in areas of high stress – with clear contrasts, deep creases in the hip area, and a visibly textured surface.

The Weird Guy is a classic tapered fit with a mid-rise. It sits close to the body at the hips and thighs and tapers evenly from the knee to the hem. It also features a button fly, pewter hardware, and a 10 oz vegetable-tanned leather patch.
