TCB Jeans
TCB Jeans was founded by Hajime Inoue, a passionate collector and connoisseur of American vintage jeans and workwear. The name TCB stands for Two Cats Brand – and the two cats can still be found in the brand's logo today.
In Kojima, Okayama, one of the most important centers of Japanese denim production, TCB Jeans develops jeans based on historical American models. This is not just about copying old jeans as precisely as possible. Hajime Inoue also examines why certain details, materials, and constructions in the originals were the way they were.
The jeans are made in Japan with specially developed denims and historical details – from the weave and dyeing of the fabrics to the seams, pockets, and hardware. TCB places great emphasis on ensuring that the jeans not only look like a vintage pair when new but actually develop into one through wear.
That's exactly what makes TCB interesting for us: You don't buy a ready-made story. You wear your own story into them.
